Teachers and staff work in an environment where ideas for improvement, collaboration, and dedication to helping students achieve academic excellence are valued.

The Ridgeland School District #122 Board of Education and Administration value community ideas and suggestions to help provide a quality education for each student. We encourage parents and community members to get involved in the educational process by visiting any of our newly built schools, attending extra curricular events, and/or by joining the PTA/PTO.

As a new superintendent to Ridgeland School District #122, I am dedicated to raising academic expectations, ensuring school safety, planning for future growth, looking for new sources of funding, and providing oversight of an adequate, cost effective budget.
