RIDGELAND SCHOOL DISTRICT 122’S BOARD OF EDUCATION APPLIES FOR PROPERTY TAX RELIEF GRANT FOR THE 2023 FISCAL YEAR
Ridgeland School District 122's Board of Education approves the application for Illinois' Property Tax Relief Grant. The maximum possible grant for the school district totals $2.3 million. If awarded by Illinois, the Board of Education would then abate property taxes for a similar amount. The Property Tax Relief Grant could result in a decrease in both the overall tax rate and the individual tax bills of our community members.
