Yesterday, Lieb school honored Veterans by starting our day around the flag pole, in front of the school. Students recited the pledge. Students and staff joined Ms. Kulig in singing the Star Spangled Banner, 1st grade sang a song, and Officer Bill said a few words about the history and importance of Veterans Day. In addition, some of the staff's family members joined classes to discuss their service. We thank them for teaching our students!
Classes did a variety of projects and activities around Veterans Day. Kindergarten started us off with their paintings of Veterans. Be on the lookout as we share more activities this week.
Thank you Veterans!

We'd like to give a BIG thank-you to our PTA and all of the parents that volunteered to make today a success. Fun was had by all as they rotated in the gym with various Fall activities.
The next PTA event that needs volunteers is the PTA Santa Shop, Dec. 17-18! Please mark your calendars and wait for a posting for volunteers to be sent to your email from the Lieb PTA.
